Refund policy

We want every book to be right. This policy explains when and how refunds work for KidleoBooks digital book packs.
If your book could not be created
If a book fails to generate or has a defect we cannot fix, contact support@kidleobooks.com. We will first try to re-create it at no cost; if that isn't possible, we refund the credit used for that book.
Unused credits
You can ask for a refund of a book pack within 14 days of purchase for credits you have not used. Credits already used to create books are not refundable unless the book was defective.
How refunds are paid
Creem, our Merchant of Record, processes refunds to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund. Refunded credits are removed from your account; books you downloaded cannot be recalled from your device, but access to the online book may end after a full refund.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
How to ask
Email support@kidleobooks.com with your order number (shown in your account and on Creem's receipt). We usually reply promptly.
