These terms apply to KidleoBooks, a service for creating personalized digital storybooks, operated by Uysal Efe Yüce (Türkiye).
Who can use KidleoBooks
KidleoBooks is designed for adults: parents, family members and pet owners. You must be 18 or older to create an account or make a purchase. We do not create accounts for children.
What you buy
You buy book credits in packs (1, 3 or 5 books) with a one-time payment. There is no subscription. One credit is used when a book is created.
Each book is a digital product: a cover and 10 illustrated pages in an online reader, a print-ready PDF and a cover image. Nothing is shipped.
Stories follow our themes; you personalise the hero (name, age, look or pet details, two short traits) and the illustration style. Illustrations are stylised artwork and do not reproduce a photograph.
Payments
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record: Creem sells to you, charges your payment method, calculates any sales tax or VAT and sends your receipt. Prices on our site are shown in US dollars before tax.
Your content
You confirm that the details you enter are yours to share and that you have the right to create a book about the child or pet concerned. Please don't enter addresses, school names or other identifying details.
You may use your books for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing copies for family and friends.
Sharing
Books are private by default. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view the book until you turn sharing off. Shared books are not listed in search engines.
Accounts
You can delete your account at any time from the Security page. Deleting your account removes your books and profile; we keep payment records as required by law (see the Privacy notice).
