Frequently asked questions
Where is my child's photo processed?
In this demo, the photo is stored only in your browser (on your device) and is never sent to any server. In the real AI version you will be told exactly which service receives the photo and for how long it is kept, and nothing is uploaded without your explicit consent.
Which languages are available?
Turkish and English. The book is written in the language selected when you create it; switching the interface language later does not change the book's content.
What formats do I get?
Read and listen in the browser, and download a print-ready PDF, a shareable cover image (PNG) and a short vertical video (WebM).
Can I get a refund?
This is a demo prototype and no real payment is taken. In the real version, refund terms for digital content will be shown clearly before purchase, and if something goes wrong technically our support team will regenerate your book.
Is the text right for my child's age?
Yes. Ages 2–4 get short, rhythmic sentences, ages 5–7 medium-length text, and ages 8–10 richer storytelling.
